The vast majority of the
registered voters in parts of Wayne,
Oakland and all of Macomb County in the
State of Michigan openly agreed to spend
$2 Billion Dollars to expand urban
freeways with the same money that used
to pay for public bus service with the last passage of
the SMART Property tax in August 2010 by
checking YES. It is illegal to cut
funding for SMART or equivalent by any
government entity.
